Knee update

Its been a week of mixed news on the rehab front. On the plus side, I managed an 8 mile hillwalk on Sunday followed by a 1hr 20 min bike ride on Monday with few problems. I can run for 15 min on the treadmill and my knee feels pretty stable in general.
Less good was my latest physio update. I seem to be a bit behind on strength training, which is a result of spending too much time on the more enjoyable aerobic exercises and less time doing hundreds of dips and stretches. I get to try the Cybex machine next week to check the strength of one leg against the other, and then again a month later to see the improvement.
When I asked about the possibility of climbing by the end of October, the answer was a firm no and the comment made was that I was potentially only half way through rehab. Probably rules out any lrp fighting or caving until the end of the year..
