After a rather expensive shopping trip last night, my lunch consists of: Chinese leaf lettuce, radishes, tomatoes, cucumber, walnuts, mackerel, peppers, coriander, houmous, sesame seeds, avocado and first cold pressing extra virgin olive oil. Mmm...
