belisarius_534My right wrist is sore, probably from over-use (cease that smut, you at the back). On reflection, 2 hrs of badminton then 2hrs of upside down bouldering probably wasn't the best way to nurse it back to full function. It also hurts my chest when I swallow - this I put down to vast quantities of coffee, coughing on chalk dust and several curries this week, plus the speed at which I hit the crash mat at one point last night.
Lazy plans for the weekend - BBQ chez Perry tomorrow, cards and beer in the pub Sunday then an attempt to hit the mountains on Sunday, when it will inevitably rain..
Its been a week of early starts and late finishes, so I'm very glad for the bank holiday...seems like everyone is in holiday mood - especially the surveyors who having phoned me on Tuesday to ask for a few details before sending me their report, called me again this afternoon to ask for my address....
