With typical timing, the liquid helium cryosystem I've been bashing with spanners all week has finally started working. At 5pm on Friday.

In any case, I'm off into Manchester tonight to meet up with a mate who's up visiting family for the weekend, then tomorrow off to Doncaster to meet my newly arrived nephew. Back in time to look at houses sunday afternoon, then I have to catch a plane to Germany.

So yeah, quite hectic...
